Senior Human Resources Officer – China Harbour Engineering Company

Job Description

Job responsibilities:
1) Responsible for the preparation of the company’s human resources planning.
2) Responsible for the preparation and improvement of human resources related systems and implementation.
3) Responsible for the overall recruitment management of the company and reserve of talent.
4) Responsible for the design and implementation of training programs for employees of various positions.
5) Responsible for the performance assessment and performance improvement of all departments of the company.
6) Responsible for organizing and completing the management of employees’ salary and benefits.
7) Manage employee labour relations, and properly deal with disputes and other related issues.
8) Complete other tasks assigned by management.

Educational Requirements
-A recognised Degree in Human Resources/ Social Sciences or higher.
-Familiar with the workflow of each module of human resource management, rich experience in recruitment, compensation and performance.
-Good learning ability and copywriting ability; Proficient in office software.
-Clear logic, affinity, can better handle employee relations, strong learning ability and strong pressure resistance
-At least 3 years work experience in related field
-Valid Driver’s License
