• Ability to supervise housekeeping staff and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Good organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Computer literate, with practical knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to manage housekeeping supplies, linen, and departmental inventory.
