Position: Watchers

Selebi Phikwe Citrus is seeking reliable and disciplined Watchers to join the team on a full-time and part-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Patrol designated areas of the farm
• Control access to the premises
• Prevent theft and unauthorized entry
• Report incidents, damages or safety concerns to the manager promptly
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform other duties related as assigned by your immediate supervisor

Requirements and Qualifications

• Above the age of 18
• A track record of success in security or guarding/watch tasks
• Alert and in good physical shape
• Honest, trustworthy, and responsible
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays
• Ability to monitor farm property, equipment, and produce
• Good communication skills
• A positive attitude and team-oriented work ethic
