SECURITY SUPERVISORS (6)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security guards on assigned sites
• Ensure compliance with security procedures and company policies
• Conduct inspections, investigations, and incident reporting
• Prepare duty rosters and manage staff performance
• Liaise with clients and management on security matters

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a security supervisory role
• Minimum Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education (BGCSE)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of security operations and risk management
• Computer literacy and report-writing skills
• Valid driver’s license is an advantage

EMPLOYMENT DURATION: Fixed Contract (24 Months)

LOCATION: Kanye
