Job Description

Mitchell Equipment Hire (MEH) is a Botswana based equipment hire company dedicated to offering equipment and machines to customers from large corporate to smaller construction and mining companies. The company sells submersible pumps and hires out compressors, lighting plants, generators, telehandlers, rollers, TLBs, graders, excavators, and mobile cranes.
The company is introducing a marketing department and is currently looking for a Sales Representative that meet the following:

Requirements and Responsibilities:
• Certificate in sales and marketing
• Computer knowledge
• Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience with pumps and accessories
• Knowledge and familiar with mining plants
• Ability to create and deliver presentations.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Source new sales opportunities
• Following up on leads and turning them into sales
• Effectively promote all company services to develop a growing customer base.
• Build, maintain and manage a growing pump sales’ and plant rentals.
• Ability to work independently.
Remuneration:
Basic salary + commission per month.
