Job Brief
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales and Marketing Manager to help us expand our clientele; and motivate and build professional skills of our sales and marketing personnel. You will be managing the front of the company and you will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales and marketing strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new markets to introduce the company’s services
- Design, execute and evaluate marketing strategies to remain competitive in the market
- Perform competitor analysis and adjusting the systems, processes, or marketing strategies that beat competitor strategies
- Develop strategies for strengthening client relationship and customer retention
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct customer research to identify new products and services which should be developed to respond to changing customer needs and communicating the information to manufacturing
- Liaise with the management team to align the company’s long-term strategies with the daily marketing activities
- Develop and execute business strategies for discovering new clients and business, both locally and internationally
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Able to close deals and achieve goals in Business-to-Business markets.
- Be detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills- the ability to meet deadlines, and the ability to solve problems.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills.
- Be extremely flexible and adaptable self-starter.
Education and Experience
- BA / Master’s Degree in Economics or in technology-oriented Business areas.
- Minimum 5 years of Sales and / or Marketing experience
