VACANCY: SALES MANAGER
Location: Francistown

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to join our team based in Francistown. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, supporting the sales team, and driving sales growth within the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with Engineers, Architects, and Contractors
• Prepare, complete, and submit tenders
• Assist customers with product enquiries, pricing, and availability
• Support the sales team with quotations, invoices, and sales orders
• Monitor and follow up on quotations and tenders
• Manage customer accounts and handle ongoing enquiries
• Follow up outstanding debts with credit controller
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure excellent service delivery

Qualifications & Skills

• BGCSE or equivalent (minimum requirement)
• Diploma or Degree, with at least 15 years Sales and Marketing experience
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Excel and Word)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused attitude with strong attention to detail
• Experience in the building or construction industry would be an extra advantage
• Must be willing to sleep out in remote areas if required
• Mature individual with a clean driver’s license
