WE SEEK TO RECRUIT THE FOLLOWING PROFESSIONALS
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR TECHNICAL SALES MANAGER (POSITION 1)
Primarily responsible for the overall quality of the work output at MW PACKAGING Pty Ltd by ensuring that technical clients’ queries are promptly attended to and to ensure that clients and (he company’s needs are always met. Liaise regularly with the sales and research and development departments. Manage and interpret customer requirements. Offer after-sales support and produce monthly reports to the board of Directors. The Technical sales manager is responsible for the productivity of a team of apprentices. This post is also tasked with meeting and exceeding monthly targets and business objectives. The successful candidate is a dedicated, mature person who is able to work efficiently and independently and reports to the General Manager.

Ambitious and dynamic persons with sound technical knowledge, and a proven track record, are sought. The applicants must be very serious about “first time right’ standards and have vast experience in working for big companies.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in the relevant discipline
• Diploma in accounting with experience in sales (for sales manager post)
• Understanding of operational standards for distributors
• Minimum of eight years work experience in a distribution, wholesale or similar environment
• Knowledge of Electrical systems will be an added advantage
