Job Summary

The Sales Manager – Cash Solutions & Cash Management holds overall strategic and operational responsibility for driving commercial growth, market share expansion, and client retention across the G4S Cash Solutions portfolio in Botswana. This encompasses high-security services including Cash Processing Center (CPC) operations, Cash-in-Transit (CIT / Cash Logistics), ATM replenishment and management, Cash Deposit Machines (Smart Safes / Retail Cash Solutions), and integrated Cash Reconciliation services. Reporting directly to the Country Sales Lead, the incumbent leads the dedicated Cash Solutions sales in meeting annual revenue targets, managing complex financial tenders, enforcing compliance with internal policies and procedures, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service.
