Job Description
As part of the Stakeholder Management & Business Development team, the Sales Executive will be responsible for the following key performance areas:
- Attain sales profitability growth and account penetration within assigned territories.
- Plan and organise promotions, events and implement sales plans & strategies.
- Plan and organise sales activations at various locations.
- Promote, organise, coordinate and manage the clients’ sale of the Fund’s products and services.
- Prepare & execute marketing and sales acquisition plans.
- Facilitate for the submission of updated KYC by Fund members & stakeholders.
- Conducting member education at various locations.
- Maximise retention of members.
- Administer targeted member servicing and ensure efficient member onboarding.
- Implement targeted sales strategies and monitor sales performance through sales tracking tools.
- Sales reporting – sales pipeline analysis, market & customer insights, sale performance metrics, forecasting etc.
Education:
A degree in Marketing, Communications, Public relations, Business, Management or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of three (3) years post professional qualification experience in a business and/or marketing environment.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within teams.
- Proven record of building and maintaining strategic partnerships.
- Knowledge of the managed fund scheme.
- A thorough understanding of how the medical fund works, including industry trends.
- Ability to work under pressure and drive results.
- Highly motivated and well-planned.
