Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultants to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients in selecting the best products to meet
their needs.
• Drive sales growth through proactive customer engagement and upselling.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Assist with inventory management and product display to enhance the customer experience.
• Manage product categories and perform weekly stock counts
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed store sales targets.
• Accurately process customer transactions and provide after-sales support.

Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Must be a team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Familiarity with the company’s product offerings is a plus.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Minimum Qualification should be Diploma in sales and marketing or equivalent qualification.
