Purpose:

The Sales Associate will be responsible for welcoming customers, assisting them in finding products, and promoting sales within the store. This role is key in delivering an exceptional customer shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

-Assist customers in selecting products

-Provide high-quality customer service

-Organise and label merchandise on shelves

-Drive sales through engagement, upselling, and product knowledge

-Inform customers about ongoing promotions and deals

-Notify clients about future promotions and preferred customer sales

-Address and resolve customer issues promptly

-Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures

Minimum Requirements & Experience:

-Form 3 (JCE) and Form 5 (BGCSE)

-Certificate in Sales and Marketing

-Advanced customer service skills

-Flexible and able to work shifts

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Patience when working with customers

-Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles

-Demonstrated experience with products or services offered by the company

-Prior retail management experience is advantageous
