Direct BPO is a global business process outsource company based in Gaborone, Botswana. We have been operating since 2017 and are currently recruiting for the below mentioned vacancy:

2. Sales and Marketing Supervisor- Ref: MNGT: 003

Minimum Requirements
• A Degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Business Development, Marketing and Sales
• A minimum of 3 years in a Sales and Marketing environment
• Experience in marketing, proposal writing and client presentations
• Drivers license

Job Responsibilities
• Sales functions
o Oversee day-to-day sales, monitoring, and forecasting
o Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals
o Manage and coach the sales team—provide motivation and inspiration
o Set the precedent for excellence through leading by example
o Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value
o Develop and execute Go-to-Market strategy

• Marketing functions
o Create marketing plans, campaigns and oversee implementation
o Increase brand awareness and leads through marketing campaigns
o Make recommendations based on competitive research
o Continually assess our marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sale
