Job Brief
The Guides are responsible for all the Guest’s activities, wellbeing, and safety during the duration of their stay. The ultimate responsibility of the guests while on the safari lies with the allocated guide.

Requirements:
• A valid Botswana or International Guide’s License (Minimum Assistant Guide License).
• At least 25 years of age
• A valid Driving Licence
• A valid PRDP Permit (Or should be able to get one within 4 – 6 months)
• Knowledge of, and passion for, the flora, fauna & geography of Botswana & Southern Africa
• A passion for and interest in the hospitality & tourism industry and willingness to learn
• Strong command of the English language, a
second international language will be an added advantage
• A Degree/Qualification in any science related field will be an added advantage and can be in lieu of guiding experience.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following
behavioural traits:
• Strong interpersonal skills excellent hosting skills.
• The ability to put information about the environment across to guests in an interesting and informative manner
• The ability to converse with and entertain guests clearly and intelligently
• Must be calm and professional
• Must have the ability to multi-task
