Road Asset Manager / Quality Assurance Manager – Bango Trading

Job Description

Bango Trading (Pty) Ltd is engaged in the construction and general maintenance of bitumen paved roads
including new construction and surfacing works with its headquarters in Phakalane. The company urgently
requires the services of the following personnel:

MAIN DUTY: To manage conformance/quality management of the road project as well as development of the
quality control systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
t
To develop, optimise, and manage the Forward Work Programme including identification and timing of all
major interventions
t
Responsible for network performance (routine maintenance) programmes, pavement deterioration
modelling and subsequent required risk analysis for the contractor.
t
Handle any disputes or conflicts that arise during the project and facilitate resolutions with stakeholders.
t
Execute any other morally reasonable assignments to meet the exigencies of service.

Qualifications:

Degree in Civil Engineering/Highway Engineering or any related field

Valid ERB practising certificate

Valid Class B driver’s license

Experience: Minimum of eight (8) years in managing the construction and maintenance of road networks, as well
as road asset data collection and analysis
