Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant restaurant or food and beverage experience.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, and staff supervision.
• Computer literate, with practical knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Basic knowledge of restaurant accounting, sales reconciliation, and daily cash-up procedures.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Strong organisational, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
