Job Overview
FNB Botswana is looking for a driven and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will manage client relationships within the Banking Sub-Segment, proactively grow the business, and deliver value-adding financial solutions tailored to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Growth and Sales Strategy:
- Define and implement a portfolio growth strategy aligned with segment-specific targets.
- Proactively source new business opportunities and deliver tailored financial solutions.
- Develop and execute sales initiatives to achieve and exceed growth targets.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Identify customer needs and deliver customised financial solutions while cross-selling additional products.
- Build and maintain a wide network of business and social relationships to generate ongoing revenue.
- Arrange networking events, seminars, and other activities to foster strong customer relationships.
- Target Achievement:
- Proactively drive sales and portfolio targets to meet organizational objectives.
- Monitor and track sales performance to ensure sustained growth.
- Service Excellence:
- Deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations by providing proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering guidance on value-added financial products.
Candidate Profile
- Education and Experience:
- Proven experience in managing client relationships, with a strong focus on sales and portfolio management.
- In-depth understanding of financial solutions and customer needs analysis.
