DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the front desk, and performing various administrative tasks. The Receptionist is often the first point of contact for clients and visitors, and as such, is expected to represent our company in a positive and welcoming manner.
You will be expected to welcome clients/visitors with a positive, helpful attitude; taking call and transferring as necessary, taking down messages and passing to the appropriate staff members in time, responding to emails and assisting colleagues with sales and administrative tasks.

Required Skills/Abilities:
At least Diploma in Secretarial/Office Administration or related field
Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
Strong typing skills and Switchboard knowledge
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Quickbooks or related software.
Previous experience as a Receptionist with Admin duties.
