• Professional membership with REIB and REAC (an added advantage).
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial, residential, and industrial consultancy, with expertise in valuation, property management, and sales.

Additionally, the applicant should:

• Be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate reliability, dependability, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
