Key Responsibilities

* Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties.
* Conduct market research and property valuations.
* List properties and promote them through various marketing platforms.
* Arrange and conduct property viewings.
* Negotiate offers and finalize property transactions.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate markets and regulations.
* Build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
* Registered with REIB and/or REAC (or eligible for registration).
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
