Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule psychosocial services (case planning, therapeutic groups, team meetings)
• Lead staff in delivering group services that meet client needs
• Oversee case management, documentation, and evidence-based service implementation
• Manage team workload, planning, and division of responsibilities
• Provide technical guidance on complex cases and referrals
• Track and monitor performance across intervention areas
• Supervise and direct service-delivery staff
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
• Investigate child abuse/neglect cases and take protective action as needed
• Ensure district targets are achieved
• Conduct spot checks and collaborate across departments
• Document and ensure quality use of M&E tools
• Develop quarterly department reports
• Analyze data to enhance quality outcomes
• Monitor implementation fidelity and relevance
• Disseminate performance reports to stakeholders
• Present at relevant forums and platforms
• Serve as contact for inter-departmental linkages and district partnerships

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work, Psychology, Community development or related fields with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, Psychology, Community development or related with a minimum of 4 years experience working with children and youth
• Demonstrated ability to supervise staff, to interact with all levels of society,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven willingness to work closely with donors, stakeholders and the business community
• Ability to interact with people from various cultures and backgrounds
