Job Description
The PSS Coordinator will be responsible for the overall coordination of comprehensive care, including the provision of psychosocial support for participants enrolled in the SSI programs in the district and their families.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule psychosocial services (case planning, therapeutic groups, team meetings)
- Lead staff in delivering group services that meet client needs
- Oversee case management, documentation, and evidence-based service implementation
- Manage team workload, planning, and division of responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance on complex cases and referrals
- Track and monitor performance across intervention areas
- Supervise and direct service-delivery staff
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
- Investigate child abuse/neglect cases and take protective action as needed
- Ensure district targets are achieved
- Conduct spot checks and collaborate across departments
- Document and ensure quality use of M&E tools
- Develop quarterly department reports
- Analyze data to enhance quality outcomes
- Monitor implementation fidelity and relevance
- Disseminate performance reports to stakeholders
- Present at relevant forums and platforms
- Serve as contact for inter-departmental linkages and district partnerships
Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work, Psychology, Community development or related fields with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, Psychology, Community development or related with a minimum of 4 years experience working with children and youth
- Demonstrated ability to supervise staff, to interact with all levels of society,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven willingness to work closely with donors, stakeholders and the business community
- Ability to interact with people from various cultures and backgrounds
