Key Responsibilities

• Building Maintenance & Operations: Overseeing HVAC, electrical systems, Plumbing and ensuring a safe and clean environment
• Budgeting and reporting: Managing maintenance budgets and maintaining records of expenses
• Staff Supervision

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in facility maintenance, property management or related field.
• Technical knowledge: Understanding of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical and safety regulations must be able to weld.
• Organization: Excellent multitasking, planning and problem solving must be able to read plans
