Jay Cee Bee Plant Hire t/a Shumba Plant hire is recruiting for a Project Manager to successfully execute projects by developing a project implementation plan based on the client’s requirements and the agreed scope of work/services and taking responsibility for the overall project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting and cost control, commercial, safety and risk management whilst providing the project team with the necessary leadership to complete the project within budget, schedule and to the required quality. The position will be based in Botswana, but cross boarder travel may be required dependant on work.

Minimum Requirements

Experience
• Project Manager (5-10 years of experience)
• Computer skills (Microsoft: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Projects, JDE)
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
• Excellent analytical skills
• Experience in the construction of High Voltage from 11KV to 400KV Substations, Overhead lines, Electrical and instrumentation both on Civil and Structural work.
• Prove of the above-mentioned projects were executed in time cost and budget meeting the safety and quality requirements.
• Diploma/Degree in Project Management or Engineering
• PMP Certification essential
• Construction Management Certification advantageous.
