purpose
Design and generate reports to give analytical and quantitative insight to business in order to make improved operational, tactical and strategic decisions. Generate reports to improve efficiencies in the business. Conduct market and industry competitor analysis and assist with crafting Digital Banking solutions.
experience and qualifications
- Business Degree / Relevant Degree.
- 1 to 3 Years banking experience.
responsibilities
- Initiate and manage product research, data mining and quantitative analysis to ensure sustainability and future competitive growth.
- Monitor changes in legislation, regulations, initiatives and relevant industry practices. Ensure drafting and implementation of appropriate interventions. Ensure compliance with audit requirements.
- Develop a deep understanding of the technical trends, commercial market, competition and trends in the market
- Research and identify new entrants in the relevant industries (mobile, payments, finance etc)
- Assess opportunities and threats from these entrants.
- Enable Business Unit service delivery through implementing systems and processes to improve service.
