Applications are invited from talented, decisive and self-driven qualified citizens of Botswana to fill the
following positions tenable at the Ministry of Communications, Knowledge and Technology-Headquarters
PRINCIPAL PROJECT OFFICER II-D3

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To facilitate anti-corruption initiatives within the Ministry

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
• Facilitates, implements and reviews annual work plans for Corruption prevention Committees.
• Compiles reports for Anti-corruption Unit (ACU) and Corruption Prevention Committees (CPC).
• Facilitates CPC programs and projects.
• Facilitates implementation of all approved recommendations arising from corruption audits.
• Responds to all referrals from DCEC.
• Facilitates, implements and monitors an assessment tool for measuring impact of anti-corruption initiatives within the Ministry.
• Undertakes any other duties that meets the exigency of the service.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor of Arts (Social Sciences.)
EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of eight (8) years experience in a corruption prevention field, two (2) years of which should have been served as Senior Project Officer (D4) or equivalent.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: (in addition to application)
â–  Certified copies of certificate and National Identity card,
â–  At least three work related references,
â–  Valid proof of professional registration with relevant professional Board where applicable,
â–  CV-Must clearly indicate the duration of work with start date and end date.

SALARY: D3 salary scale (P279 660-308 328) per annum

LEAVE: 30 Working days per annum
