VACANCY: PRINCIPAL HEALTH OFFICER II (HIV TESTING PROGRAM) –

D3 SALARY SCALE

Responsible for ensuring implementation of innovative HIV Testing Service interventions such as Partner Notification, HIV self-testing in addition to supporting health worker mentoring, support and training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support development of work plans and District Specific Improvement plans
  • Provide technical oversight and supervision of the HIV Testing Services activities and staff at Regional level
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with regional HIV testing focal person and other partners to improve program implementation
  • Takes a lead role in implementation of the HIV Testing Services program in accordance with the Ministry’s regulations and requirements
  • Assess the needs of the HIV Testing Services and work with relevant authorities to address them

Requirements

  • Diploma/ Degree in Nursing, Public Health, and Health Education
  • At least 8 years work experience in the field of HIV and AIDS

Salary

P293,652 – P323, 748 per annum
