Job Description

Camphill Community Trust is a Non-Governmental
Organisation in Otse, Ramotswa District that offers quality education and training to learners
with disabilities.

Applications are invited for the position of Principal, Motse Wa Badiri Training.
The suitable candidate will lead Motse Wa Badiri Training so that it contributes to the
achievement of the purpose of the organisation, directed by the vision and in accordance
the values and principles for practice. He / she will lead a team of professionals who provide
education, training, and transition support to children and young people over 14 years of
age with diverse special educational needs and disabilities.

Qualification and requirements:
The suitable applicant should have a degree in Special Education (Intellectual / Learning
disability) or an equivalent qualification, with leadership and administration skills.

Qualities and experience:
Teaching experience and at least five (5) years in an educational leadership role.
Demonstrate that they are trustworthy with sincerity and integrity, have a heart for working
with people, be flexible, practice confidentiality and understand time management.

Conditions of Employment:
Salary: Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Leave: 25 working days per annum.
Benefits: i) Optional 50% contribution to an approved medical aid scheme.
ii) Entitled to gratuity after five (5) years
