We are looking for an experienced and passionate pre-school Vice Principal to support the academic and operational leadership of the school. Employer: Regent Hill International School. Job Type: Full-time. Location: Gaborone, Botswana. Category: Education. Closing Date: 2026-10-12. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the implementation of the pre-school curriculum and ensure alignment with the schools’ academic standards, supervise teachers and assistants, monitor performance and coordinate professional development, ensure child safeguarding, health, hygiene, positive discipline and safe learning environments, maintain effective communication with parents and address concerns professionally, oversee daily pre-school operations, staff deployment, resources, records and facilities. Requirements: Bachelors degree in early childhood education/ early childhood development/ pre-school education or any closely related field, Post grad qualification in educational leadership / educational management or school leadership would be advantageous, At least 5 years experience with substantial experience in pre-school or childhood education, At least 2-3 yrs in leadership role such as Head Of Department or similar.
