Partner Management Lead

Lead partner management activities and execution. The incumbent will be point of reference for clarity and interpretation of partner contracts, point of contact for internal stakeholders in Financial management, annual budgets (CAPEX/OPEX), invoice and payments for outsourced services, key suppliers and third-party service provider.

The main duties include but are not limited to:

  • Lead in reviewing performance reports and analysing service reports produced by the partners/3rd parties, identifying problems and risks, and suggesting Service Improvement Plans, leading audits, etc.
  • Ensure and update Managed Services Provider (MSP) and 3rd parties’ performance SLA/WLAs.
  • Review SLA/WLAs of MSPs, key suppliers and third parties, and apply penalties for
  • non-performance.
  • Manage risk exposure per domain of the contract’s scope, take part in audits and SLA management.
  • Ensure contractual terms, KPIs and PIs are well applied, and lead reviews when needed.
  • Contribute strongly in contract evolution, i.e. change request or contract renewals.
  • Ensure documentation is kept up-to date with contractual information, and ensure other departments like legal are kept up-to date with contractual documents.
  • Establish and nature relationships with all key partners such Managed Service Providers, key Suppliers, Utility providers, Leased lines Transmission providers, other OPCOS, landlords for network site.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • BSc/B.Eng. Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic and Electrical Engineering, or Business Computing and Information Systems or any related qualification.
  • A Master’s Degree would be an added advantage.
  • 5 years’ experience in telecommunications, radio planning and optimization (Industry training will be an added advantage).
