Manufacturer in Botswana located in Gaborone is in is
in search of a high caliber, self-motivated candidate to
fill the position of the Operations Manager

QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate should have a minimum Bachelor’s degree with a specializing in food processing, engineering,
manufacturing or similar professional technical training in dairy manufacturing. At least 10 – 12 year’s experience in
dairy production with at least 5 years in management role.

JOB SPECIFICATION
• Head the entire production processes, including maintenance and quality control
• .Manage all equipment, planning, production, storage and handling of products
• .Do preventative maintenance tasks as required
• Ensure all maintenance tasks in dairy production are done on the highest possible international standard at all
times.
• Manage subordinates and ensure appropriate staffing levels
• Ensure full adherence to local and international health and safety standards for all facilities, materials and
products
• Ensure that all physical maintenance is done in the dairy production
• Be able to do any type of break down repairs in the factory
• Available for call –outs
• Ensure all mechanical, electrical and electronic maintenance are done according to maintenance manuals
