Job Summary
The Ministry for State President, Defence and Security invites applications from highly motivated, well experienced and self-driven candidates to fill vacant positions tenable in Kanye Village (Night Watchman *2, Gatekeeper *1 and Cleaner *2). The primary purpose of this position is to provide security services to Government premises at night.
Key Responsibilities
- Guards Government Building and property by patrolling the premises and ensures that windows and doors are securely closed and locked
- Maintains a record of Government movable property taken In and Out of the premises to prevent theft of Government property
- Checks all fences and enclosures for unauthorized access and reporting any defects to the Supervisor
- Reports all cases of theft and burglary immediately to the Supervisor and Police
- Hoist the National Flag and lowers it at designated times
- Records in the dairy all suspicious occurrences to assist in cases of theft and burglary
- Undertakes any other related duties as assigned by Management
Requirements
To be considered for appointment for this position, candidates must have a minimum of Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE) Certificate. Direct Entry Experience in Security Services will be an added advantage.
Salary
A1 (P46,080-P48,384) per annum
