Job Summary

Draws and Implements Tied sales target achievement strategies to support the successful achievement of the Distribution strategy.

  • Implement distribution strategy as well as tactical strategies to influence sales
  • Manage relationships, both Individual and Corporate
  • To lead and manage and guide diverse teams
  • Plan and coordinate sales activities
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Portfolio planning and estate knowledge.
  • Strategic thinking.

Experience/Knowledge &Skills:

  • Degree in Business Management (Sales and Marketing).
  • 8 years post qualification experience in the Sales environment in a leadership role.
  • Intermediate/Complex understanding of investment instruments and investment markets/environment.
  • A track record in driving exceptional sales is a pre- requisite.
  • Associate in Insurance will be an added advantage
