Mugg & Bean and KEG Crew Referral Program
The aim of this referral program is to encourage our dedicated employees to refer qualified candidates for various positions within the Mugg & Bean team, and for our soon to be opened KEG restaurant (SSKIA), helping us build a strong and talented workforce.
We are currently looking to fill the following positions at all our Mugg & Bean and KEG locations:
– Waiters
– Scullery
– Barista
– Grillers
– Sandwiches and Salad Makers
– Bakers
– Prep Assistants
Qualification Criteria
–Â The minimum qualification is BGCSE.
–Â Experience in the role applied for will be an added advantage.
Areas of Referred Candidates
| Store | Living Areas |
| MB Sebele | Within Gaborone Areas and immediate Mogoditshane Areas such as  Ledumadumane. |
| MB Riverwalk | Within Gaborone Areas and Tlokweng. |
| MB SSKIA/KEG | Gaborone Areas preferably close to SSKIA and immediate Mogoditshane Areas. Examples: Block 8, Gwest, Broadhurst, Ledumang, Ledumadumane. |
