Job Description
We are looking for reliable and experienced Motorbike Riders to support our delivery operations. The successful candidates will be responsible for timely, safe, and accurate delivery of parcels and documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and deliver parcels and documents within assigned areas.
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries in line with schedules.
- Maintain daily delivery records and proof of delivery.
- Adhere to road safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct basic checks and ensure the motorbike is well maintained.
- Represent the company professionally when dealing with customers.
Requirements
- Valid Motorbike Licence.
- At least 1 year riding experience (delivery experience is an advantage).
- Good knowledge of Gaborone routes and surrounding areas.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly.
- Physically fit and able to work under pressure.
- Time management and reliability.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
- Customer service skills.
- Road safety awareness.
