Ramotswa Station Industrial has the following vacancies:
Mill Roll Pass Turner (x 3): Candidate should be highly skilled in roll pass cutting with proven experience. Should be expert lathe operator, and tool grinder. Responsible for pass making in the rolls, with knowledge and skill in “FEED” speed adjustment depending on the quality hardness and other specifications of the roll metal. Expected knowledgeable in cast iron, white grey iron, indefinite, definite, double pored, EN 42 SG (Spheroid Graphite ( Ductile ) iron, EN 9, EN 8, Alloy. Steel, Forged steel rolls and their properties. Knowledge of roll setting in mill and will be responsible for proper pass distance collars, rolling settings, assemble knowledge and delivery box.
All the above technicianswill be required to work responsiblywithout any supervision and provide training on shop floor. Should have a minimum of 7 years in a similar field.
