Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to hospitals, doctors, pharmacies, and other healthcare institutions
- Identify new business opportunities and retain current customers
- Achieve sales targets and increase market share
- Organize and participate in medical conferences and tradeshows
- Create and implement marketing strategies, promotional campaigns in accordance with the organization’s policies
- Monitor and ensure consistent stock availability
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bsc in pharmacy / science degree or any business-related degree
- 1-3 years as a medical representative or experience in the pharmaceutical / medical field
- Previous experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar sales role is an advantage.
- Valid driver’s license and has a vehicle (willingness to travel within the assigned region.)
- Self-motivated, goal oriented and a team player
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
