1. Medical Officers
Requirements:
⦁ University Degree in Medicine.
⦁ A minimum of 2 years experience as a Medical Officer
⦁ Experience in a Private Hospital will be an added advantage
⦁ Registered with BHPC
Job Purpose: Coordinate the provision of preventative, curative, and rehabilitative health care services
Key Performance Areas:
⦁ Provide timely clinical health services to patients to ensure quality health care.
⦁ Manage the implementation of quality improvement efforts to improve clinical performance and maintain compliance with the highest standards of quality and service.
⦁ Develop an emergency response plan for effective and efficient emergency response Competencies

⦁ Critical decision-making under pressure
⦁ Team player and interpersonal skills
⦁ Ability to manage resources effectively
