SCHOOL OF MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
Mechanical Lecturers (5)

Qualification:

A Degree/Masters or a PhD in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent from a recognized University

Experience:

• 5 years of relevant teaching experience at a tertiary education level
• The candidates should be able to teach some of the following modules;
• Engineering Science, Engineering Drawing, Workshop Technology, Material Science, Manufacturing Technology, Electricity and Magnetism, Thermodynamics, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
• Fluid Dynamics, Theory of Machines, CAD/ CAM, Industrial Safety and Maintenance, Power Plant Engineering, Alternative Energy Sourcesand Management, Automobile Technology.

Mandatory Compliance Requirement:
Applicants must meet the following Requirements;
General:
Qualification must be evaluated by Botswana Qualification Authority(BQA)
Engineering:
Must be registered with the Engineering Registration Board (ERB) and hold a valid ERB Practicing license
Architecture:
Must be registered with Architects Registration Council (ARC) and hold a valid practicing license.
Accounting:
Must be registered with Botswana Institutes of Chartered Accountants (BICA)
