Measurement Engineer – Bango Trading

Job Description

MAIN DUTY: To ensure accurate measurements and quantification of construction materials and
work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Accurately measure and quantify the materials and work performed to ensure proper billing
and cost estimation.
t
Prepare detailed cost estimates based on accurate measurements and project specifications
t
Keep precise records of measurements, calculations, and project progress to support financial
and operational planning.
t
Verify that all measurements and quantities meet the required specifications and standards.
t
Collaborate closely with other engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure
consistency and accuracy in measurements.
t
Identify and address any discrepancies related to measurements and quantities to ensure
smooth project execution.
t
Execute any other morally reasonable assignments to meet the exigencies of service.

Qualifications:

Degree in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying or any related field

Valid ERB practising certificate

Experience: Minimum of five (5) years in bituminous paved roadways and road works construction
