Job Description
Barloworld Equipment is a wholly owned subsidiary of Barloworld Equipment Southern Africa, we are the sole dealership of Caterpillar earthmoving equipment in Southern Africa. Barloworld Equipment Botswana invites suitable candidates for the positions of Marketing Manager, Service Coordinator and Parts Back Order Clerk tenable in Gaborone.
- MARKETING MANAGER
Outputs
- Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities
- Develop and implement marketing plans for new and existing products
- Manage the productivity of the marketing plans
- Ensure market Intelligence Systems are maintained and analyse data from the product tracking opportunity system to develop new marketing programmes and campaigns.
- Analysis of customer research, current market and conditions.
- Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results.
Requirements
- Minimum B. Com Marketing, post graduate qualification will be an added advantage
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing Experience in customer and market research
- Knowledge in developing and maintaining marketing strategies
- Computer literate (Sound knowledge of MS office)
- Excellent presentation skills
