Job Description

We are looking for ambitious individuals who seek a career in auditing. The candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of a client portfolio including managing audit engagements from planning to completion and ensuring that audits are performed in accordance with firm’s audit methodology and International Standards on Auditing, meeting client deadlines, managing engagement economics etc. He/ she will also be responsible for managing staff on engagements and ensuring that staff are provided on-the-job training.

Qualifications and experience

• CA Qualification/ACCA or equivalent,
• Associate member of the Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants (BICA), and/or of a similar recognized Professional Accountancy Institute.
• A minimum of two (2) years post qualification experience in an Audit firm.
