Maintenance Manager – Clover Botswana
Job Description
The above-mentioned vacancy exists at Clover Botswana – Gaborone. Clover Botswana is a branded dairy foods and beverage company. It believes in superior procurement, production, marketing, sales and distribution of its products to consumers.

Requirements:
- An applicable technical qualification. National Diploma in Engineering/ N3
- At least 8 years’ experience in a Millwright position
- In-depth knowledge of Tetra A3 Flex and Filmatic equipment
- Proven experience in Tetra A3 Flex and Filmatic line maintenance in a FMCG environment
- Good knowledge of relevant legislation
- Knowledge of Clover Systems will be an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A high level of analytic thinking is required
- Sound Project Management skills
- Must possess high level technical skills and knowledge and be willing to do hands on maintenance
- Must be able to work under pressure and be willing to work irregular hours (Botswana factory 24 hours in operation
Responsibilities:
- Manage the maintenance function of total Plant
- Plan and execute maintenance plan
- Optimize and reduce maintenance cost
- Preventative maintenance of plant, machinery, and equipment
- Technical optimization of activities on site
- Manage all mechanical, civil, breakdown repairs and electrical work
- Ensure adherence to company policy as well as applicable legislation
- Manage and develop subordinates
- Projects- technical advisory role in planning phase and execution of all projects
- Ensure the implementation and maintenance of Clover’s Safety Management System
- Compile and manage annual budgets
- Ensure “OHSA” requirements are met
- Manage engineering stock
- Manage subordinates and all contractors on-site
