Light Duty Drivers (x3 Positions) – E.G Couriers
Job Description
We are looking for 3 reliable and experienced Light Duty Drivers to support our courier and logistics operations. The successful candidates will be responsible for the safe and timely collection and delivery of parcels and documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and deliver parcels and documents within assigned routes.
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries in line with schedules.
- Complete delivery documentation and proof of delivery.
- Conduct basic vehicle checks and ensure vehicle cleanliness.
- Adhere to road safety regulations and company policies.
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers.
Requirements
- Valid Light Duty Driver’s Licence.
- At least 1-2 years driving experience (courier experience is an advantage).
- Good knowledge of Gaborone routes and surrounding areas.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly.
- Physically fit and able to work under pressure.
- Time management and reliability.
- Attention to detail.
- Customer service orientation.
- Road safety awareness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
