LIFE INSURANCE AGENTS
First Sun has embarked on a program to train Life Insurance Agents towards certified financial planning qualifications. We provide a specialised training program under the guidance of a qualified CFP practitioner and recognised international qualification institutions. FSA with all life insurance companies in Botswana and selected offshore companies, which affords our Agents a wider scope of product knowledge and choice of product provision.
If you are experience on Life Insurance Marketing or you are a start-up willing to learn, applications are invited from suitable and qualified people to join our sales teams in Gaborone and Francistown to start immediately. Allowance will also be considered for Agents wishing to be allocated and servicing regional centres like Palapye. Orapa. Maun and Ghanzi
Minimum requirements:
⦁ COP certificate (Long Term insurance).
⦁ Experience in selling life insurance plus a drivers’ licence are added advantages.
Remuneration and benefits
⦁ Commission based remuneration or alternative basic plus commission based on experience and record of accomplishment. Will be disclosed to short listed individuals
