SUPPORT DEPARTMENTS
LEGAL SERVICES OFFICER SIX (x2) – (6) MONTHS CONTRACT – GABORONE
Job Purpose
To effectively litigate matters in which the Corporation is a party to a litigation suit, provide secretarial service to the Board-Sub Committees and die Management Executive Committee as well as provide comprehensive general legal advice to all departments of the Corporation and contribute to the preparation of various internal policies
Position Requirements
Qualifications
• A minimum of a relevant degree – Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a recognised university.
• Admission to practice in the courts of Botswana.
Experience
• At least minimum of four (4) years’ experience as a practicing Attorney.
• Vast/ Extensive Experience in Civil Litigation and Commercial Law Practice.
