LEGAL SERVICES MANAGER

Job Purpose
Reporting to Legal Counsel/ Board Secretary, the position manages legal risks and ensures that the Bank is protected from a legal perspective.
The incumbent is expected to efficiently delivery legal advice, board secretarial services, manage legal risks, effectively contribute to the Bank’s strategy, maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as regulatory authorities and supervisory bodies.

Qualifications and Experience Required
■ A Degree in Law (LLB) and admittance to practice in the Courts of Botswana.
■ At least 8 years relevant post qualification experience.
