QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• A relevant PhD or Master’s degree in Business Related Field/Supply Chain Management. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in Primary Education.
• Experience in designing and delivering undergraduate and postgraduate curricula.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Strategic thinking and ability to contribute to institutional development initiatives.
• Experience with international academic collaborations is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with digital tools for teaching, learning, and research.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience from the Master’s degree
• Competence in use of technology
• Ability to inspire and motivate students
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a good command of English
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to coordinate and mentor student projects and internships, including liaison with local science institutions and industry
• Maintain student records and manage day-to-day teaching administration
• Commitment to continuous professional development
• Be a constructive member of the Botho University team
• Experience in research and publishing, including funded projects
• Ability to navigate online learning platforms effectively
