Skills and Competencies:
⦁ Must have 3 years of experience in programme/ curriculum development.
⦁ Excellent digital analytics skills.
⦁ Ability to inspire and motivate students.
⦁ Excellent communication and presentation skills with a good command of English.
⦁ Good Organizational skills.
⦁ Ability to coordinate and mentor projects and internships for students including liaison with local Science Institutions and the Business Industry.
⦁ Maintain student records and execute various day- to-day administrative responsibilities involved with teaching.
⦁ Continuously upgrade skills through self-study and work with peers.
⦁ Be a constructive member of the Botho University team.
⦁ Research and publishing.
Ability to fully navigate online learning platforms.

Qualifications and Experience Required:
• A PhD or Master’s Degree in Health Information Management and any related health information professions qualifications. A minimum of 4 years’ postqualification experience in teaching at tertiary level.
