Job Title: ICT Applications Support Officer
The role provides technical support, maintenance, and optimisation of business applications to ensure their availability, performance, and alignment with organisational needs. The role supports end-users, troubleshoots application issues, and collaborates with ICT teams and vendors to enhance system functionality.

Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Systems Engineering, or any related field
Professional/Technical:
- SAP Academy/Qualification and/or training in at least one SAP module (Basis, MM, FICO, TM, PM, SD)
Experience:
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in application support or ICT support role
- Experience with Business Intelligence platforms, SharePoint, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Sage) is an added advantage
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and service management tools
