Description
Main Purpose: Provide leadership in the human resources functions; which includes recruitment and selection, payroll management, compensation and benefits, industrial relations and other related duties.
Requirements
Education & Professional Background:
- Degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Business Administration, Industrial/Organisational Psychology or any related Social Science
- A Masters’ Degree in any relevant field will be an added advantage
Experience:
- At least eight (8) years relevant post qualification experience of which four (4) should have been at a management level with detailed hands on experience in Botswana labour laws and an understanding of employment practices.
